ET012AM01-H is a 1.2-inch AMOLED display module featuring a 390×390 resolution with a square display format, delivering clear, detailed images and vivid colors for compact electronic devices. It features an active area of 30.42(H) × 30.42(V) mm and an overall module dimension of 33.24(H) × 33.75(V) × 0.7(T) mm, making it suitable for space-constrained applications. ET012AM01-H provides a typical brightness of 700 nits, a contrast ratio of 100,000:1, and a wide viewing angle in all directions, ensuring bright visuals, deep blacks, and consistent image quality. With a pixel density of 325 PPI, support for 16.7 million colors, and a color gamut of 108%, the display delivers sharp details and rich color reproduction. The module supports MIPI and QSPI interfaces, uses a plug-in connector, and integrates the C05300 driver IC, with a drive voltage range of 2.8–3.3 V. ET012AM01-H operates at temperatures from -20°C to 70°C and supports storage temperatures from -40°C to 80°C.
