4 Inch AMOLED Display Overview

ET040AM01-H is a 4.0-inch AMOLED display featuring a resolution of 1080(RGB)×1240, delivering sharp, detailed images with a high pixel density of 419 PPI. In terms of mechanical specifications, it features an active area of 65.45(H)×75.15(V) mm and an overall module dimension of 67.25(H)×79.88(V)×0.73(T) mm, with a pixel pitch of 0.0606 mm. ET040AM01-H provides a typical brightness of 800 cd/m² and an exceptionally high contrast ratio of 100000:1, delivering vivid colors, deep blacks, and excellent image clarity. With support for 16.7 million colors, a 100% color gamut, and an all-direction viewing angle, this AMOLED display offers rich color reproduction and consistent visibility from multiple viewing positions. As a self-emissive display, it does not require a conventional backlight. ET040AM01-H utilizes a MIPI interface for signal transmission and features a plug-in connector, with the CH13726 driver IC controlling display operation. It operates with a supply voltage of 2.8–3.3 V and supports an operating temperature range of -30°C to 70°C and a storage temperature range of -40°C to 80°C. With its high resolution, 800-nit brightness, and ultra-slim profile, ET040AM01-H is suitable for digital devices, smart electronics, portable equipment, and other embedded display applications.
