4 Inch Square Display Overview
ET040HD20-K is a 4-inch square IPS TFT LCD display featuring a 720×720 resolution and a 1:1 aspect ratio (W), delivering clear images and detailed visuals. As for mechanical details, it features an active area of 71.93(W)×71.93(H) mm and an outline size of 77(W)×80(H)×2.6(D) mm. ET040HD20-K provides 700 cd/m² display brightness, a contrast ratio of 900:1, and full viewing angles for clear image reproduction from different directions. It supports 16.7M colors and uses a transmissive, normally black display mode for consistent visual performance. This IPS LCD panel features an ST7703 controller IC and a MIPI interface for signal transmission. It has 30 pins with a 0.5 mm pitch and a plug-in connection type. Operating at 3.3V, the module uses a white LED backlight with a 6-series, 2-parallel configuration, a backlight voltage of 18.6V, and a current of 40mA. With a rated lifetime of 50,000 hours, it supports an operating temperature range of -30°C to +80°C and a storage temperature range of -30°C to +85°C, making it suitable for industrial equipment, embedded systems, automotive displays, and other applications requiring a high-brightness square LCD.

All of products are shipped from China/HK.

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It depends on the shipping method you choose, if you have requirements for the delivery time, please choose the fastest delivery shipping method (DHL).

3. When my order will be shipped out?
Normally, displays take 2–5 days and the HDMI/Demo board takes 1–2 weeks because it needs to be fully tested and configured. If stock is sufficient, we will ship immediately.

4. What`re the function of HDMI board and demo board?
The HDMI board converts HDMI input into the panel's native signal (MIPI/eDP/LVDS), provides power rails and backlight control, it typically doesn`t have touch functionality unless the SKU indicates.
The demo board is a development tool for quickly lighting up and evaluating a display.
