4 Inch Square Display Overview

ET040SQ04-T is a 4.0-inch IPS TFT LCD display module featuring a resolution of 480 × 480 pixels, with pixels arranged in a square display format. In terms of mechanical specifications, it features a display area of 71.86(W) × 70.18(H) mm and an outline dimension of 74.66(W) × 76.54(H) × 2.06(D) mm.ET040SQ04-T provides a brightness of 300 cd/m² and adopts IPS technology to deliver a full viewing angle, ensuring consistent image quality from different viewing directions. The module is driven by the ST7102 display controller and supports multiple interface options, including 3SPI + 18RGB and 2-lane MIPI, offering flexible connectivity for embedded display applications. It features a 40-pin connection and is suitable for smart devices, industrial control panels, handheld terminals, instruments, and other applications requiring a compact square display with wide viewing angles. It operates at temperatures from -20°C to +70°C and can be stored at temperatures from -30°C to +80°C. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 10 pieces.

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It depends on the shipping method you choose, if you have requirements for the delivery time, please choose the fastest delivery shipping method (DHL).

3. When my order will be shipped out?
Normally, displays take 2–5 days and the HDMI/Demo board takes 1–2 weeks because it needs to be fully tested and configured. If stock is sufficient, we will ship immediately.

4. What`re the function of HDMI board and demo board?
The HDMI board converts HDMI input into the panel's native signal (MIPI/eDP/LVDS), provides power rails and backlight control, it typically doesn`t have touch functionality unless the SKU indicates.
The demo board is a development tool for quickly lighting up and evaluating a display.
