4 Inch Square Display Overview
ET040SQ01-KT supports a display resolution of 320×320 with a square aspect ratio of 1:1 (W:H), delivering clear images and vivid colors. As for mechanical details, it features an active area of 71.14(W)×69.82(H) mm and an outline size of 77(W)×80(H)×4.49(D) mm. ET040SQ01-KT provides 900 cd/m² display brightness, a 1200:1 contrast ratio, and a full viewing angle, ensuring excellent visibility from different directions. The display supports 65K, 262K, and 16.7M colors and adopts IPS technology with a normally black, transmissive display mode. It utilizes the ST7796 driver IC and supports SPI, MCU, and RGB interfaces, with a typical power supply voltage of 3.3V. The module integrates a touch panel and features 45 pins with a 0.5 mm pitch, along with a white LED backlight consisting of 6 LEDs in series and 2 parallel strings. It supports an operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and a storage temperature range of -30°C to +80°C.

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It depends on the shipping method you choose, if you have requirements for the delivery time, please choose the fastest delivery shipping method (DHL).

3. When my order will be shipped out?
Normally, displays take 2–5 days and the HDMI/Demo board takes 1–2 weeks because it needs to be fully tested and configured. If stock is sufficient, we will ship immediately.

4. What`re the function of HDMI board and demo board?
The HDMI board converts HDMI input into the panel's native signal (MIPI/eDP/LVDS), provides power rails and backlight control, it typically doesn`t have touch functionality unless the SKU indicates.
The demo board is a development tool for quickly lighting up and evaluating a display.
