ET040WF03-TT is a 4.0-inch TFT LCD display module featuring a resolution of 480 × 480 pixels in a square display format. In terms of mechanical specifications, it features a display area of 71.86(W) × 70.18(H) mm and an outline dimension of 83(W) × 83(H) × 3.06(D) mm.ET040WF03-TT provides a typical brightness of 500 cd/m² and adopts IPS technology, supporting a full viewing angle for consistent image quality from different viewing directions. Its 480 × 480 resolution delivers clear images and detailed visual content for embedded display applications. The module is driven by the ST7701SN driver IC and supports a 2-lane MIPI interface with a 31-pin connection. It also features a G+F+F touch structure, with an IIC touch interface and a GT911 touch controller, enabling responsive touch interaction. Designed for integration into compact electronic systems, ET040WF03-TT is suitable for smart home devices, industrial control panels, instrumentation, and other applications requiring a square-format display with touch functionality. It operates at temperatures from -20°C to +70°C and can be stored at temperatures from -30°C to +80°C.
