5 Inch AMOLED Display Overview

ET050AM01-H supports a resolution of 720(RGB)×1280, featuring a 5.0-inch AMOLED display with a high pixel density of 295 PPI for sharp and detailed image reproduction. In terms of mechanical specifications, it features an active area of 61.88(H)×110.02(V) mm and an overall module dimension of 64.12(H)×116.72(V)×0.84(T) mm, with a pixel pitch of 0.0859 mm. ET050AM01-H provides a typical brightness of 500 cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 20000:1, delivering vivid colors, deep blacks, and excellent image clarity. With support for 16.7 million colors, a 100% color gamut, and an all-direction viewing angle, this AMOLED display offers rich color reproduction and consistent visibility from multiple viewing positions. The module adopts a snap-fit connector and utilizes a MIPI interface for signal transmission, driven by the RM67295 driver IC. It operates with a supply voltage of 2.8–3.3 V and supports an operating temperature range of -20°C to 70°C and a storage temperature range of -30°C to 80°C. With its high-definition resolution, slim profile, and vibrant AMOLED performance, ET050AM01-H is suitable for smart devices, industrial equipment, portable electronics, and embedded display applications.
