ET050AM03-KT-a is a 5.0-inch AMOLED display module featuring a resolution of 720 × 1280 pixels, delivering clear images and detailed visual performance. It adopts AMOLED display technology with a capacitive touchscreen, providing an integrated display and touch solution for embedded and portable electronic devices. In terms of mechanical specifications, it features an active area of 61.88(W) × 110.02(H) mm and an outline dimension of 64.12(W) × 116.72(H) × 0.94(D) mm, with a pixel pitch of 0.08595(H) × 0.08595(V) mm.ET050AM03-KT-a provides a typical brightness of 500 cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 60000:1, delivering vivid colors and clear image details. It supports 16.7M colors with a 100% color gamut and a full viewing angle for consistent visual performance from different viewing directions. The typical response time is 2 ms, enabling smooth image transitions. As a self-emissive display, AMOLED technology offers deep blacks and rich colors. The module utilizes a 4-lane MIPI interface for display signal input and features a 39-pin plug-in connector. It is driven by the RM67295 display driver IC and operates at a typical voltage of 3.3V. The integrated capacitive touch panel uses an I2C interface with a CHSC5448 touch controller.
