5 Inch Square Display Overview

ET050SQ01-TT is a 5-inch IPS TFT LCD display module featuring a resolution of 720 × 720 pixels, with pixels arranged in a square display format. In terms of mechanical specifications, it features a display area of 91.37(W) × 91.37(H) mm and an outline dimension of 93.67(W) × 96.87(H) × 2.15(D) mm.ET050SQ01-TT provides a brightness of 500 cd/m² and adopts IPS technology to deliver a full viewing angle, ensuring consistent image quality from different viewing directions. The module is driven by the JD9365TN display controller and supports an MIPI interface for display signal transmission. It also integrates In-cell touch technology, combining the touch functionality with the display panel for a compact design. With its square resolution, high brightness, and integrated touch functionality, ET050SQ01-TT is suitable for smart home devices, industrial control panels, medical equipment, handheld terminals, and other applications requiring a compact display with touch operation. It operates at temperatures from -20°C to +70°C and can be stored at temperatures from -30°C to +80°C.

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It depends on the shipping method you choose, if you have requirements for the delivery time, please choose the fastest delivery shipping method (DHL).

3. When my order will be shipped out?
Normally, displays take 2–5 days and the HDMI/Demo board takes 1–2 weeks because it needs to be fully tested and configured. If stock is sufficient, we will ship immediately.

4. What`re the function of HDMI board and demo board?
The HDMI board converts HDMI input into the panel's native signal (MIPI/eDP/LVDS), provides power rails and backlight control, it typically doesn`t have touch functionality unless the SKU indicates.
The demo board is a development tool for quickly lighting up and evaluating a display.
