6.67 Inch AMOLED Display Overview

ET067AMFL01-K is a 6.67-inch flexible AMOLED display module featuring a resolution of 1080 × 2400 pixels, with pixels arranged in a portrait orientation. In terms of mechanical specifications, it features an active area of 69.55(W) × 154.56(H) mm and an outline dimension of 71.53(W) × 200.59(H) × 0.33(D) mm.ET067AMFL01-K provides a typical brightness of 500 cd/m² and an ultra-high contrast ratio of 500000:1, delivering vivid colors and deep blacks. It supports a full viewing angle for consistent image quality from different viewing directions and offers a color gamut of 98%–100% for rich and accurate color reproduction. With its self-emissive AMOLED technology, each pixel emits its own light, enabling high contrast and vibrant image quality. The display supports 16.7M colors and is driven by the VTDR6130 driver IC, with an MIPI interface and a 40-pin connection. It also integrates capacitive touch functionality, using an I2C touch interface and a CST7660S touch controller. With a plug-in connection, a 3V operating voltage, and a typical service life of 30,000 hours, ET067AMFL01-K is designed for compact electronic devices requiring a flexible, high-resolution display with touch functionality. It operates at temperatures from -20°C to +70°C and can be stored at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C.
