COM50H5M23XTX is a 5.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, without backlight driver, touchscreen 4-wire Resistive Touch.COM50H5M23XTX supports display 480×272(RGB) (WQVGA) with aspect ratio of 16:9 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Horizontal Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 110.88(W)×62.832(H) mm, outline size of 121.28(W)×75.23(H)×4.38(D) mm, with surface treament of Clear, Hard coating (3H), net weight of 69.0g. As a TN, Normally White, Transflective LCM product, COM50H5M23XTX can provides 690 cd/m² display brightness 400:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 5:1 (Typ.) reflective contrast ratio, 80/80/80/80 (Min.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle , and response time of 40/60 (Max.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 16.7M colors. This product adopted 6S2P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type, external backlight driver is additionally needed. COM50H5M23XTX utilizes Parallel RGB (1 ch, 8-bit) + SPI as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 45 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 1.8/3.3V (Typ.)(VDDIO/VCI). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
