COM65T6M14KLC is a 6.5 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product from Ortustech, with a built-in WLED backlight, without backlight driver, without touch screen. COM65T6M14KLC supports display 640(RGB)×480 (VGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 132.48(W)×99.36(H) mm, outline size of 152(W)×117(H)×4.41(D) mm, viewing area size of 136.08(W)×102.96(H) mm, with surface treament of Hard coating (3H), net weight of 121g (Typ.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, COM65T6M14KLC can provides 400 cd/m² display brightness 400:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 80/80/80/80 (Min.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle , and response time of 40/60 (Max.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K colors. This product adopted 9S3P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 50K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. COM65T6M14KLC utilizes Parallel RGB (1 ch, 6-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 45 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.3/12.0/21.0/-7.0V (Typ.)(VDD/AVDD/VGH/VGL). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
