ECX331D is a 0.5 inch diagonal Si-OLED display module designed for EVF, AR, red dot sight, and advanced optical display applications. It adopts self-emissive OLED technology, combining the advantages of high contrast, fast response, and excellent image clarity for compact near-eye display systems. The ECX331D supports 1024×768 resolution with a 4:3 aspect ratio, providing sharp and detailed visuals for precision viewing applications. It features a compact active area of 10.336(W) × 7.8(H) mm and an outline dimension of 17.8(W) × 15.2(H) mm, making it ideal for space-constrained optical devices. The display delivers 500 cd/m² (Typ.) brightness and supports Parallel RGB (1 ch, 8-bit) + SPI interface, enabling flexible integration with various driver systems. With an operating temperature range of -10°C to 70°C and storage temperature range of -30°C to 80°C, the ECX331D provides reliable performance for electronic viewfinders (EVF), AR smart devices, digital scopes, red dot sights, and professional imaging equipment. The module is designed without a touch function for dedicated display applications.
