COM27H2P23XLC is a 2.7 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product from Ortustech, with a built-in WLED backlight, without backlight driver, without touch screen.COM27H2P23XLC supports display 240(RGB)×320 (QVGA) with aspect ratio of 3:4 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. It features active area of 41.04(W)×54.72(H) mm, outline size of 47(W)×66(H)×4.34(D) mm, with surface treament of Hard coating (3H), net weight of 19.0g (Typ.). As a TN, Normally White, Transflective LCM product, COM27H2P23XLC can provides 400 cd/m² display brightness 400:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 8.5:1 (Typ.) reflective contrast ratio, 80/80/80/80 (Min.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle , and response time of 40/60 (Max.)(Tr/Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K colors. This product adopted 3S1P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 50K hours, external backlight driver is additionally needed. COM27H2P23XLC utilizes Parallel RGB (1 ch, 6-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 39 pins FPC with power supply voltage of 3.0V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
